Nordbrandenburger UmesterungsWerke does not qualify for regional investment bonus for SMEs

Brussels, 13/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided that NUW is not eligible for the bonus for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) under approved regional investment schemes in Germany. The German authorities wanted to grant regional investment aid to NUW Nordbrandenburger UmesterungsWerke GmbH & Co. KG, which is active in the production of bio-diesel, through a bonus for SMEs.
