Jean-Claude Juncker supports extension of reflection period but is against setting up “hard core” - are new objectives needed, like a European army ?

Brussels, 17/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker, will be in Aix-la-Chapelle next week to receive the “Charlemagne Prize” 2006. At this event he will be proposing a “pause” until 2009 or even 2010 on contentious issues surrounding the future of Europe and its Constitution.
