CIA received approval from European countries in carrying out “extraordinary renditions” - EP investigations to continue

Strasbourg, 17/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The USA has recognised that the CIA was unable to sequestrate or transit people in Europe suspected of terrorism without the agreement or at least tacit agreement of European countries. This was affirmed by the EP temporary committee in Strasbourg reacting to the presumed illegal activities of the CIA in Europe.
