Brussels, 15/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The fourth EU-Latin America and Caribbean Summit, which was held in Vienna on 12 May, was dominated by energy issues, particularly that of the nationalisation of Bolivian natural gas (EUROPE 9191), and failed to lead to any real progress in cooperation between the two zones.
