Brussels, 02/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - As talks continue on the conclusion of Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between the EU and two areas of regional integration in southern Africa, a joint initiative by the countries of the SADC (Southern African Development Community) has now changed the situation.
