To achieve ratification of the Constitution (to be improved in some key points) by September 2009, five members of the Permanent Forum of European Civil Society suggest a process beginning with the Etats généraux of Network Europe and continuing through a “Conference for the Three Seas Alliance” and the adoption of “Declaration of Interdependence”

Brussels, 26/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - Civil society has begun to express itself at European level on the future of Europe And the European Constitution (see related article), and five members of the Permanent Forum of European Civil Society have already tabled a detailed project entitled Citizens facing up to the European Union - Innovation and European Governance: a roadmap to overcome the crisis. Their names are Jean-Claude Boual, Philippe D. Grosjean, Jacques-René Rabier, Daniel Spoel...
