Brussels, 26/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn refused to be drawn by the European Parliament on the recommendations the Commission will make on 16 May when it publishes its monitoring report on the progress of reform in Bulgaria and Romania ahead of their accession to the EU.
