Independent Railway infrastructure managers criticise Member States for lack of commitment in favour of rail

Brussels, 24/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - There is no European transport policy: this was acknowledged by Marc Falchi, Secretary General of the European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM). In an interview granted to EUROPE, the Secretary General of the young association, created just four years ago, criticised the lack of commitment on the part of the Member States in favour of rail.
