24/04/2006 (Agence Europe) -The Commission has given its approval to the British investment fund Permira Holding Ltd and the Spanish group Carbal to acquire joint control of Tele Pizza SA, which is active in Spain, and to a lesser extend in Portugal, Poland and the Czech Republic. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
