24/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the planned takeover by TowerBrook Investors II LP, which is based in the Cayman Islands, of the French property firm GSE SA and its subsidiary Compagnie des Contractants Régionaux. The simplified examination procedure was used.
