24/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the proposed joint acquisition by Dutch company Aegon Spanje Holding BV and the Spanish company Caja de Ahorros y del Monte de Piedad de Navarra of Seguros Navarra S.A.,which is active in life assurance and retirement plans sector in Spain. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
