Brussels, 21/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) will be holding a meeting of foreign ministers on 23 and 24 May, to be chaired by Greek prime minister Kostas Karamanlis, to discuss 'delivering prosperity'. A number of emerging economies (NICs) and developing countries have been invited to attend various sittings of the annual meeting of ministers.
