21/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs is to be in Qatar on 23 and 24 April to attend the International Energy Forum where energy ministers of over 70 countries will discuss the sector's prospects at world level. Mr Piebalgs plans to stress the decisive role of energy dialogue between consumer and producer countries and to place emphasis on the issue of supply security, especially the supply security of natural gas.
