21/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - With a view to the 20th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, on 26 April, the European Commission recalled on Friday that it has so far earmarked over €470 million in favour of projects to combat the adverse ecological, medical, social and economic consequences of the accident.
