Brussels, 21/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is earmarking €1.5 million in emergency humanitarian aid to Angola where there have been outbreaks of cholera in six provinces of the country (13,821 cases since 13 February), causing over 550 deaths over the past two months.
