Brussels, 01/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has welcomed the creation of the Africa Catalytic Growth Fund (ACGF) by the World Bank group. In a press release the Commission declared, “The two institutions, which are major actors in cooperation and development, now have new means for better responding to the challenges in Africa”.
