Brussels, 01/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - In January 2006, the rate of inflation in the euro-zone was 2.4%, compared to 2.2% in December 2005 and 1.9% in January 2005. In the EU25, the consumer price index was 2.2%, compared to 2.1% in December and 2% in January 2005.
