German company SCHERING is to sell off its French medical radiology company CIS BIO (EUR 120 mil turnover in 2005, workforce of 750) to a consortium made up of Belgian public health foundation 'Institut National des Radioéléments' (80.1%) and private Belgian company ION BEAM APPLICATIONS (19.9%).
