In 14 February, in support of rapporteur Vittorio Agnoletto (GUE/NGL, Italy) asked the European Union to insert a clause on human rights and democracy in all its agreements with non-member countries (see EUROPE 9131 for the debate). In our EUROPE/Documents series, we shall publish the entire text of this resolution which puts a series of precise requests to the other EU institutions.
