Commission's seven detailed proposals for Trialogue of 21 February

Brussels, 15/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 15 February, the European Commission sent the European Parliament and the Council additional proposals on renewing the inter-institutional agreement on budgetary discipline, with a view to adopting the financial perspectives 2007-2013.
