Adopting Hutchinson Report, MEPs call for EU funding not be granted to relocating companies

Brussels, 25/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Adopting the own initiative report on 23 January of Alain Hutchinson (PES, Belgium) on company relocation and regional development, the European Parliament's Regional Development Committee called for measures to prevent relocation leading to direct or indirect loss of jobs.
