Strasbourg, 19/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - At a hearing on Thursday at the European Parliament about the role of Hamas in the upcoming Palestinian elections, EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner said that during her recent visit to the West Bank and the Gaza Strip she had made it clear that the European Commission would work with whatever government emerged from the Palestinian elections of 25 January 'seeking peace by peaceful means' and respecting the principles...
