Luxembourg, 17/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is lending EUR 300 mil to upgrade the railway section between Simeria and the Hungarian border and EUR 250 million for the construction of a new motorway linking Cernavoda with Constanta.
