17/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has endorsed the joint acquisition by Kalyani Brakes Ltd (India) and Brembo S.p.A. (Italy) of a newly formed company based in India, KBX Motorbike Products Private Ltd. Kalyani, which belongs to the German Bosch group, and Brembo are involved in the manufacture and sale of brake systems. the transaction was examined according to the simplified procedure.
