02/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, decided on Friday to appoint the Swedish diplomat, Torbjörn Sohlström (member of the Policy Unit of the Council Secretariat) as his personal representative in Kosovo. Mr Sohlström will take over from Fernando Gentilini next week.
