Brussels, 23/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso and the new Polish Prime Minister Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz insisted to the press on Wednesday on the need to reach rapidly an agreement on the financial perspectives 2007-2013.
