23/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The secretaries general of the OSCE, Marc Perrin de Brichambault, and the Council of Europe, Terry Davis, on 17 November in Strasbourg signed a cooperation agreement between the two organisations concerning assistance for government and local autonomy in south-eastern Europe.
