Brussels, 23/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's proposal for an amendment of Regulation 1592/2002 to extend the powers of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to air operations, flight crew licensing and oversight of third-country airlines has been welcomed by EASA Executive Director, Patrick Goudou (EUROPE no 9068).
