22/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to plans by Canon Europa NV (Netherlands), which is wholly owned by Canon Inc. of Japan to acquire control of Canon España SA, the distributor of Canon products in Spain. The transaction was supported after examination under simplified procedure.
