Brussels, 22/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Energy Commissioner, Andris Piebalgs, was in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) on 19 November, to open the new premises of the secretariat of the International Energy Forum (IEF), together with many other energy ministers (Germany, France, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Mexico, India, Japan and OPEC countries), representatives of the International Energy Agency (IEA) and many chief executives from energy companies.
