14/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised plans by American investment bank Goldman Sachs to take sole control of Ihr Platz GmbH, a chain of shops, which are mainly located in Nordrhein-Westfalia and Lower Saxony. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
