Brussels, 10/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On November 9, the European Commission adopted an initiative to improve the transparency within the Community Institutions: the aim is to regain the confidence of public opinion, knowing that transparency is an essential condition for the legitimacy of any modern administration.
