13/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Centre Virtuel de la Connaissance sur l'Europe (CVCE, Virtual Centre for knowledge on Europe), a public institution in Luxembourg, has developed a multimedia site on the history of Europe, in both English and French, which can be accessed free of charge.
