EU'S CONDITIONAL NEGOTIATING PROPOSALS IN WTO DOHA DEVELOPMENT ROUND

Commissioner Peter Mandelson has set out the EU's conditional negotiating proposals in the Doha Development Round, circulated to Ministers at the WTO Doha Round Informal Ministerial in Zurich on 10 October. An outline of the proposals was published in Europe No. 9045. The proposals cover domestic support for agriculture, market access in agriculture, export subsidies, industrial products ('NAMA'), services and trade and development rules.
