Brussels, 12/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Poland is getting ever more worried about the negative impact on Poland itself (and other new Member States) of postponing the decision on the Financial Perspectives 2007-2013 beyond the European Council of 15/16 December. Should agreement not be reached under the British Presidency (in other words before the end of the year), the new Member States risk experiencing delays in the programming of Structural Funds which could entail serious payment delays...
