12/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 11 October, the ECOFIN Council adopted a decision authorising Germany and the Netherlands to apply special VAT rules on the building, repair and renovation of a cross-border bridge over the Rodebach between Selfkant (north of Millen in Germany) and Echt-Susteren (north of Sittard in the Netherlands). For tax proposes, this measure views all the building work on the cross-border bridge (and the bridge itself, once built) as being situated in Germany. Germany...
