Brussels, 22/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - At a hearing in Brussels on Thursday, which was organised by the EPP-ED group and chaired by the rapporteur on the seventh framework programme for research (FPRD), Jerzy Busek of Poland, scientists lend their support to the draft seventh FPRD, and stressed the need to defend the proposed doubling of credit, which was put forward by the European Commission for the period 2006-2013.
