12/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Former Czech Commissioner Pavel Telicka, appointed European Coordinator for the Rail Baltica priority project on 20 July 2005 (see Europe 8994), visited Vilnius on 12/13 September and will be in Riga on 14/15 September before travelling to Estonia and Finland later in the month.
