12/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The 3rd European Congress of Chemical Regions will take place on 6 October in Milan, and will be attended by the president of the Region of Lombardy, Roberto Formigoni, and the Minister for Economy and Labour of Saxony-Anhalt, Horst Rehberger, President of the European Chemical Regions Network (ECRN).
