Santander, 01/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the Santander (Spain) Summer University led by the President of the European Parliament, Josep Borrell, during a debate on Europe's civilisational project, Bassam Tibi, Syrian lecturer at Gottingen University in Germany, argued that only political Islam had a role to play.
