31/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - A conference on 'Has Turkey Changed?' is being held at the European Parliament in Brussels on 12 September, organised by CSU MEP Ingo Friedrich. Participants include MEPs Jacques Toubon (EPP-ED, France) and Panagiotis Beglitis (PES, Greece), the Secretary General of the International Human Rights Federation, Philippe Kalfayanu, the President of Info-Turk, Dogan Ozguden, and the President of the Euro-Armenian Federation, Hilde Tchoboian.
