Creation of joint venture but other companies may join

Brussels, 25/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The two consortiums Eurly and iNavSat, whose joint bid was selected by the Galileo joint venture (GJV) to manage the contract for European satellite navigation, are going to create a new company which will be open to new partners. It will be made up of the founder members of the two consortiums which decided to merge, namely Aena, Alcatel, Finmeccanica and Hispasat on the one hand; and EADS, Thales and Immarsat on the other, and will be open to GALILEO...
