Solana meets special EU representatives - imminent appointment of envoy for Central Asia - Otte provides assurances over EU - Hamas contacts

Brussels, 30/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy met EU special representatives on Wednesday and confirmed the imminent appointment of the EU special envoy for Central Asia. The EU is also planning on nominating an emissary for the Sudan.
