Green light for acquisition of car battery producer Delphi by VB

Brussels, 30/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The acquisition of Delphi's car starter battery business by VB, the automotive battery joint venture of Johnson Controls and Bosch, a US-based global supplier of automotive components (seating, interior and instrument panels and batteries). Bosch is a German supplier of automotive technology, power tools, security, automation and packaging technology.
