Brussels, 20/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - At its 22 June plenary in Brussels, the European Parliament will have the chance to debate the outcome of the European Council of 16/17 June. The first reactions of MEPs to the collapse of the negotiations over the Financial Perspectives 2007-2013 express disappointment and occasionally indignation, with a few exceptions.
