13/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Glud & Marstrand Invest A/S (Glud & Marstrand) of Denmark by Gluma Holding A/S (Gluma), also of Denmark, belonging to the ABN AMRO group.
