Member States will try to make headway on Sunday - France and Germany prepared to accept constructive compromise but not a total rehaul of farm spending

Brussels, 10/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU's foreign ministers will be meeting in Luxembourg on Sunday evening to try and make headway on the new Financial Perspectives (2007-2013) but views still seem too conflicting for any real progress ahead of the European Council of 16/17 June in Brussels (which will have to decide on the matter).
