Parliament wants to send delegation

Strasbourg, 10/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Following the resignation of the Bolivian President, Carlos Mesa, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on Thursday, reiterating its hope that the situation does not lead to a power vacuum. The MEPs call upon the EU to support the democratic process by promoting dialogue forums for peaceful ends, and hoped that a delegation can be sent out on the ground to observe the situation.
