High-level group to study consequences on national budgets of tax cases brought to court

Luxembourg, 08/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Jean-Claude Juncker assured the press on Tuesday at the end of the Ecofin Council that “we respect the decisions by the Court”. However some cases could have serious consequences on the budgets of some Member States. This problem came to the fore for Germany, which wanted to begin discussions on the subject.
