Brussels, 07/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Forum of the Civil Society (which had closely followed the work of the European Convention) is making an original proposal for emerging from the crisis caused by the French and Dutch “no” votes on the European Constitution and the British government's decision to put referendum plans on ice.
